Client Experience Manager 

 

Salary: Up to £50k depending on experience and car allowance (£350 per month)

Location: Bristol 

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Experience Manager/Account Manager to work in a vibrant fast paced, fun environment that breaks the mould of usual IT providers. Reporting to the Client Services Director, you will be an ambitious, enthusiastic individual that strives to deliver an exceptional client experience and builds meaningful relationships with our amazing clients. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients into the business ensuring the client has a smooth transition and a fantastic experience during the process.

 

Responsibilities

You will be key in developing strong relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and reporting on account performance as well as recommending IT solutions for businesses. 

 

You will deliver client review meetings with key stakeholders. You will produce and manage client IT strategies and position products and services for clients.

 

You will be vital in supporting clients with new projects and opportunities and understanding their business and how our IT services can drive their business forward, enabling growth. You will also act as the main point of contact for the client.

 

You will be working closely with all our internal team.

 

This role is flexible with 1-2 days based in the office, with the rest out visiting clients so some travel will be required.

 

Skills and Experience

  • 3-year experience in a similar client-facing role;  MSP or Technology experience is essential.
  • A self-motivated professional, ambitious, approachable, and flexible with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple clients, excellent Time management skills.
  • Tenacity and a strong desire to make a difference, always with the client experience in mind.
  • Experience in positioning products and services.
